Austin and the demonic avatar reached the dragon shadow at the same time. They were equal in speed and both moved rapidly.

The dragon shadow blew up a cultivator that was at the same level as a sect ancestor into the air. When it saw Austin and his demonic avatar, it roared and pounced forward to them.
