"Sister, when you are free, you should get to know him better. How does that sound?"

He pulled his sister and positioned her before Austin. Shepard continued to go on and praise him without even catching his breath.

"Shepard! Don't, please."

Austin gritted his teeth and held a tight fist, trying to keep calm despite his annoyance. He was well aware of Shepard's intentions as he spoke wonders to his sister.

It was no doubt Shepard wanted to pair the two up.

At the same time, Austin couldn't help but take a better look at Shepard's sister.

Indeed she was young and beautiful. Her face was delicate and cute while her eyes were filled with purity. All of a sudden she turned around and blinked her eyes a few times as she looked back at Austin.

"Brother, is he really as good as you said?"

"Of course! I would never lie to you. I would only ever want what's best for you." Shepard nodded.

he said as he winked at her.

"Well, to be honest, you have lied to me a handful of times,"

the girl said with a snicker.

All of a sudden, their mother joined in on the conversation.

"It's good for young people to get to know each other."

She seemed to like the idea of her daughter seeing Austin.

This was most probably because she knew of Austin's genius and thought quite highly of him. Her daughter with a man of such power would be a great thing.

"Okay, I'll go ahead and try,"

the girl said. She walked towards Austin and reached for his left hand.

Austin was caught off guard. Out of instinct, he moved his hand away.
