"How can this be possible?"
The governing god of the Dragon Cosmos was astounded and furious by what had just happened. He was a governing god. He should have no trouble striking his opponent at such close range, especially when his opponent didn't attack or make a move to run; he was just standing dead still.
"Something is not quite right with him."
"It's possible he's mastered some sort of powerful law of space and time that he's using now."
The other Dragon Cosmos' governing gods discussed among themselves, staring at Austin in disbelief.
"Boy, I refuse to accept that I cannot even land a single hit on you," growled the governing god that had just attacked Austin.
He charged towards him again, his halberds in his hands, striking like two thunderbolts.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The halberds grew larger and larger, rolling over like two massive boulders.
The governing god was going to give Austin all he had. The magnificent force he gave off as he rushed ahead shook the chaotic void violently.
The only reaction this drew from Austin however, was a faint smirk. He wasn't at all afraid and remained standing still.
Even Austin himself found it troublesome to break Donovan's Time and Space Array when he had first faced it.
Not to mention, his strength was much stronger than Donovan's. Austin knew this governing god did not have the strength to break his array; he didn't stand a chance.
Boom!
The two gigantic battle halberds sliced through the air, whipping the space and time and making them explode into smoke and flames.
But they had still failed to even graze Austin, only skipping right past him.
"Damn it!
How is this possible?
It must be some sort of illusion. This can't be real!"
muttered the governing god through gritted teeth, standing motionless, his halberds still firm in his grasp.
None of the governing gods of the Dragon Cosmos dared look down on Austin anymore.
Now, they only looked at him with fear and dread swirling in their eyes and hearts.
They were not so stupid that they could not recognize that the strength of the semi-governing god before them was not as simple as they had originally thought.
"What do you think? Would you like to continue this fight or not?
Why don't you all come at me together?"
Austin said, putting his hands behind his back and smiling cheekily.
"All right then. Let's take him down together!"
"There's no way he'd be able to handle all of our attacks,"
cried out the other governing gods of the Dragon Cosmos, as they released their spiritual power to attack Austin.
'There does seem to be quite a lot of them. I'll have to set up several more Time and Space Arrays,'
Austin thought to himself as he watched the onslaught coming for him.
He waved his hands
and the space around him rippled.
In the blink of an eye, numerous Time and Space Arrays were deployed around him, one after another.
With his current level of array deployment, he could effortlessly deploy an array as he willed.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The attacks rained down on Austin one after the other, but the Time and Space Arrays surrounded him and kept him safe, leaving him untouched.
His figure was faint and blurry, hard to see among the barrage of attacks being thrown at him.
"It really is the space and time law!"
They had finally sensed the rippling law around Austin.
"Let's combine our space and time law to subdue him and break his."
"That's a good idea. With so many of us, it's not possible that his space and time law could by itself deal with all of ours together."
"Come on, as one!" shouted the governing gods of the Dragon Cosmos to each other.
They attacked Austin with their magic treasure or fatal skills, not wanting to hold anything back.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Many Time and Space Arrays around Austin got to work, constantly transferring the energy of the governing gods' attacks away from him.
And at the same time, they kept him well protected in the depth of space and time.
Not one attack could reach him.
He was surrounded by dozens of governing gods striking with all their might, and still nothing.
Their attacks simply brushed past him like a gentle breeze.
No matter how hard they tried, they couldn't land a hit on him.
