If she knew Xyla Quest was such a good dancer, she would not have acted so haughty.
Well, guess what? Her reputation was in tatters now.
She hated to admit that there really was someone better than her.
Meanwhile, Sharon Lindt was totally flabbergasted by her daughter-in-law. Her eyes were fixed upon Xyla, and her excited fists were glued to her chin.
Her eyes were filled with pure adoration as if it was going to overflow the next second.
“Xyla… Nice one… Ahhhhh!!! I love you so much!!!” Sharon shouted at the top of her voice like a fan meeting her beloved idol.
The DJ turned down the music.
The disco bar quietened down, and Xyla could clearly hear Sharon’s scream amidst the crowd.
“This girl is awesome… She’s so pretty…”
“I know, right? She looks like a modest little fairy when she stands there. Who knew that she’s actually a hottie when she dances! Love her!”
“Where’s this little fairy from? I think I’m in love with her…”
The audience could not stop praising Xyla. The exhilaration in their tone was only amplified with each word they spoke.
Sharon felt even more proud when she heard their compliments.
“She’s my daughter-in-law. Don’t try to pick her up.” Sharon raised her voice as she scanned the people around her.
Upon hearing that, the jabbering crowd stopped dead in their tracks.
The guys were starting to get jealous of her son.
While all these were happening, Xyla was observing them in silence.
She remained silent all the time. All she did was wave at Sharon politely.
Sharon immediately went on stage when she saw Xyla waving at her.
Holding Sharon’s hand firmly, Xyla glowered at the blonde girl and said, “Can you apologize now?”
