"No, it's not him."
Hera wanted to move away from him, but Bernard reached out and trapped her against the wall.
"Is it Nicholas?" he asked.
Hera exclaimed, "No!"
As Bernard looked at her, his gaze turned more intense. He thought, "I didn't see her for just a few days. Which bastard did she meet behind my back?"
"Then who is it?" He tried moving closer, but Hera pushed him away. She coldly interrupted him, "If you continue asking, I'll break up with you!"
All at once, Bernard looked very upset. "Sweetie, how could you get mad at me because of another man? I'm so sad. Nothing you do will be able to comfort me now."
Hera didn't know what to say.
He changed expressions in a blink of an eye. It would be a waste of his talent if he didn't become an actor.
"You should kiss me," Bernard continued.
"Be serious. Look at this." Hera passed him a photo.
Once he saw it, he knew that the background was the Killian residence, where Hera had stayed when she was young. He had gone there many times in the past and even lived there for a long period of time.
However, after looking at the people wearing uniforms with the Astral Nova logo on them, he looked very conflicted.
"What's wrong?" he asked.
"Since you're the grandmaster, are you able to find out what they did back then?" Hera asked.
Bernard took the photo from her. "The uniforms look old. I'll look into this when I get home."
Hera wasn't used to Bernard leaving her house of his own accord.
