"I've been wondering this for a while now: Why is there no medicine nor any treatment for your illness? Does this mean there’s nothing we can do apart from waiting for you to die in a year?

"Because of this, I've asked many other doctors apart from Dr. Jenson for help, but none of them could give a definite answer to my question. I even wondered how you acquired such a strange and rare illness, but now I know the answer.”

Joshua gave Fiona a cold, penetrating stare and continued, "If you’re not sick at all, of course there won't be any medicine or doctor available to treat you. If you’re not sick, of course there won't be a way to make you better.”
