At the sound of footsteps on the staircase, he glanced a t them out of the corners of his eyes. "Are you going to the police station?"
"Yeah."
Luna nodded. "If we can’t make it back by noon, then w e won't be having lunch at home."
Joshua looked at her, narrowing his eyes slightly.
After a few short seconds, he laughed softly. "You’ll make it."
