Special Investigation Unit, House of Inspection.
When Luther arrived at the House of Inspection, someone was already waiting at the door, and someone led him to Karl's office.
Karl was already waiting for Luther.
He was taking a phone call in his hand, and when he saw Luther coming, he said coldly, "That's it for today. We'll discuss it some other time, and I have more important things to do."
With that, he hung up and looked up at Luther.
Pointing to the couch in front of him, he said, "Please sit down."
Luther strode in and sat down on the couch, where he took the plastic bag containing Cecelia's cell phone out of his pocket.
He put it on the coffee table, and pointed out, "The phone is stained with blood. I have tried to leave it as it is, so you can test it later. It should be Cecelia's blood."
Karl walked up and sat down diagonally across from him.
After he got the phone out, he tapped on the screen, "This is a special military phone. Look, there is a special emergency call on the side of the phone."
"You open the album and scroll down to the end. There's a picture that will surprise you." Luther leaned on the sofa with a serious look.
Karl clicked on the album suspiciously with his slender fingers, and kept sliding down.
Finally, he saw the photo Luther was talking about.
At first, he froze but as usual, he did not show much on his calm face.
"This is a picture of an old photo, so it’s not very clear. If it was not an old photo, I would have thought this is Joyce's photo."
