After the meeting, Rosaria caught up with Kingsley. Her face was a little pale and she gave him the money.
Kingsley felt helpless and took the money.
"I didn't give it to Lee because I think it's more polite to give it to you. I think first impressions are very important." She said with a smile.
Kingsley seemed to have heard these words before. He moved his eyes slightly and said, "Maybe."
Rosaria looked uncomfortable. The next second, she staggered and fell to the ground.
Taking two steps forward, Kingsley took her to the lounge and called the manager to get a doctor.
When the doctor and manager arrived, he asked them to notify Rosaria's family or friends, and then he left.
He did what he could do for a colleague in the department. He didn't offend Rosario or treat her indifferently. He neither cared too much about Rosaria nor ignored her.
Sherman’s belly was getting bigger and bigger. Early in the morning, Kingsley drove Sherman to the hospital and accompanied her to do the checkup.
A lot of people did fetal tests in the morning, so it took a long time to come to Sherman’s turn. The baby's gender could b e known, but Sherman did not want to know that. Nor did Kingsley.
He stroked her hair gently and said, "There is no difference between boys and girls. Let's wait for the baby's birth and save a surprise."
The doctor couldn't help but look at this calm and elegant man. Kingsley was so outstanding that the doctor noticed him the moment he came in.
He was more patient than expected. While waiting, he whispered to Sherman from time to time and smiled all the time.
Sherman loved surprises too. Whether it was a baby boy or a baby girl, she would love it. She lost a baby before, so this time she would love this baby even more.
