Along the way, both Richard Xi and I didn't say anything. When we arrived at the Xis, Richard suddenly looked back, his dark eyes brewing the emotion that I couldn't understand. "Ashley Mu, are you living a happy life now?"

This was the first time that Richard called me by my name directly.

I lowered my head and looked at the dried blood on my body, but I couldn't answer him.

I went upstairs to take a shower.
