A Vengeful Bride novel Chapter 271

"Do as you say. Kill him."

The man threw Ashe to the man who spoke, then several people carried the jewelry in the back carriage they robbed and walk forward.

After the man caught Ashe, he picked Ashe up and came not far away, then he held the pistol and pressed it against Ashe's forehead.

"You're so unlucky to meet us. Don't meet us again in your next life."

"Mommy... Dad... Ethel... Help me... Grandpa... Grandma... Great-grandfather..."

Looking at the fierce man, Ashe burst into tears.

When I heard Ashe's crying, I couldn't hide anymore.

I immediately took the baseball bat from the car and hit the back side of the man's head.

The man didn't expect that there was someone behind him, and he was beaten down by me.

Ashe opened his eyes and look at me in a daze, I immediately held him in my arms and said, "Ashe, I'm here."

After that incident, it was the first time that he had leaned in my arms so quietly.

My eyes were filled with tears.

With Ashe in my arms, I threw away the baseball bat and walked forward. "D*mn it... Why there is a woman? Catch her! Don't let her escape! Maybe she has already seen what we look like."

Those men who had already left came back again, maybe it was because that the man who was about to kill Ashe didn't come back to them.

They took the pistol with silencers and shot in my direction. I hugged Ashe in fear and tried my best to walk forward.

"Don't be afraid, Ashe, mommy is here."

Seeing that Ashe looked at me in a daze, I reached out my hand to comfort him.

I thought that he was scared, but he held my neck tightly with his chubby hands. Then he said with tears in his eyes.

"Mommy..."

Boom!

Was Ashe finally willing to admit that I was his mother?

I felt that my body was shaking violently.

I lowered my head and looked at Ashe with my lips trembling.

"Mommy... I'm sorry."

Ashe looked at me and said in a low voice.

"Silly child." I came to sense and looked at him with tears in my eyes.

How could a mother really be angry with her own child?

No matter what Ashe did, as his mother, I would not be angry.

"Bang." I was too focused, so I didn't see my feet. When I was walking, a piece of wood knocked me down.

I rolled down with Ashe in my arms.

"Ah." I exclaimed and held Ashe in my arms tightly.

A lot of branches and stones scratched my arms and cheeks, which made me gulp in pain.

"Mommy..."

I almost fainted, and I came to sense for a long time.

I didn't know how long it took, and I heard that Ashe kept pushing me and calling my name.

I struggled to open my eyes and saw Ashe's dirty face.

His clothes were also in a mess.

"Ashe... Are you okay?" I struggled to get up from the ground. My palm, arms, and cheeks were burning hot because of injuries.

Ashe shook his head, reached out his hand, touched my face and arms, and said, "Mommy, you're injured."

"It doesn't hurt. I will take you out of here." I frowned and looked at the tiny sand on my wounds. Then I hobbled and picked up Ashe again.

"Mommy..."

Ashe hugged me by the neck and kept calling me.

"Ashe, have you forgiven me?" I touched his dirty face and whispered. When Ashe looked at me with hatred, I was very sad.

"I'm not a good boy. I made you sad."

Ashe said to me with tears in his eyes.

"No, you're a good boy. You're always a good boy in my heart."

I kissed Ashe's dirty face and said.

"Then... do you still love me? I did a lot of things to hurt you."

"You're my most precious child. Of course I love you."

I explained to Ashe helplessly. Hearing what I said, he smiled happily.

He put his arms around my neck and said softly, "Mommy, I will never make you angry again. Grandma told me that you killed that woman because you were drugged. You are my favorite, and I love you the most."

Ashe...

I felt warm in my heart.

Ashe and I kept walking forward. I wanted to find my own car, but I was not familiar with this place. I couldn't find the way after walking around. Besides, the road was difficult to work, which made me feel helpless.

"Mommy..." Ashe seemed to be hungry. He looked at me with grievance and whispered.

I reached out my hand, gently touched his cheek and said, "We can go back soon. Don't worry." "Okay." Hearing this, Ashe cheered up again.
