A Vengeful Bride novel Chapter 291

I called Edward's name worriedly.

Edward put down his phone and said to me with gloomy eyes, "Dear, go back to room and rest. I need to deal with something."

Edward's mood was really strange, so I grabbed his hand to prevent him from leaving.

"Edward, what's wrong with you? What happened?" I was so worried.

Edward pursed his lips and said with cold eyes, "Ashe fought with someone in the nightclub and was sent to the police station. Mr. Chen asked me to go there."

"What?" As soon as I heard that it was something about Ashe, I became nervous immediately.

"I want to go with you." Ashe was completely different from when he was a child. The more he grew up, the more rebellious he became. He even treated Edward as his enemy. I didn't know what happened to him.

Edward didn't want me to go to the police station, because I was not in good health. But I was so persistent, he had no choice but to take me to the police station.

When we arrived at the police station, Mr. Chen brought Ashe out. When I saw the bruise on his face, I frowned and said, "Ashe, how can you fight with others?" "It's none of your business."

He waved my hands away impatiently and said with disdain.

I stared at his defiant look in a daze. Edward stepped forward and punched him in the face, then Ashe fell to the ground.

"Edward, how can you do that!" I was so scared that I broke out in a cold sweat and rushed to Edward.

"Ashley, just stand there. Today I must teach this b*stard a good lesson. He is so insulting." Edward's handsome face darkened and his eyes were cold.

Like an angry beast, Ashe rushed to Edward.

Watching them fighting at the entrance of the police station, I stepped forward and tried to pull them away.

However, Edward and Ashe had lost their minds, and I had no way to stop them.

I couldn't be more anxious. Paul said to me, "Madam, it's good to let master vent his anger. Ashe has gone too far these years."

Edward was unsatisfied with Ashe long ago. He was about to hit Ashe several times, but I stopped him. Since Ashe was sent to the police station because of fighting with others, Edward was even more furious.

I clenched my fists, looked at Ashe's bruised face, and felt so sad. At this time, a young man in black came over. He took a cold look at Edward and Ashe, and then looked at me. He sneered and said, "Is that your favorite son? He's really a loser."

Nacho sneered at me and then left without looking I stared at Nacho's black in a daze and my back froze.

He seemed to be even colder than Justin. What was going on?

How did Justin teach him?

I frowned and thought about Nacho. After a long time, Edward came to me and hugged me.

"Edward."

I looked back and saw the bruise on his face. Then I turned back and looked at Ashe who was lying on the ground. I wanted to help him up, but Edward held me tightly.

"Let's go back." Edward looked at Ashe coldly, held me in his arms, and forced me to leave here.

I was a little anxious, but I couldn't do anything about it.

Ashe got up from the ground and yelled at us, "You two, don't interfere with my life in the future. Do you hear me?"

Ashe...

Ashe's roar made me want to cry.

After getting into the car, I tried to get out of the car several times, but Edward held my hand tightly.

He said to me with a cold expression, "Ashley, Ashe is an adult and has his own thoughts. He must bear the responsibility for his own decision."

"Edward... he is our son."

"I don't need a depraved son." Edward stared at me and continued, "He makes you sad, so I won't accept him as my son."

"Edward, what are you talking about?" Edward's words made me angry.

Edward pursed his lips and held my hand. He put his cheek on my neck and whispered, "Ashley, I only need you."

"Why does Ashe treat us as his enemy?"

Feeling sad, I touched Edward's face and said in a hoarse voice.

"I'll investigate it. Well, let's not be sad for him. I've asked Paul to send someone to follow him. He'll be fine."

"Edward... Maybe Ashe is just too lonely, so he hates us."
