When Nacho left, he glanced at Janet and ordered coldly, "Take good care of Abigail. Inform me as soon as she wakes up."
Janet's whole body was tense. She was scared when Nacho stared at her with his horrible green eyes.
Nacho seemed to have known something, and his green eyes made Janet shiver all over.
"Joanna, since Cedric asked you to go back to the villa, you can go back now. I will take care of Abigail here."
Janet came to sense, composed her emotions and said to Joanna who was standing at the door of the ward in a daze.
Joanna came back to earth, looked at Janet, and then looked at Abigail on the bed. She wanted to take care of Abigail in the ward. Because she thought that it was all her fault. If she didn't have a stomachache, Abigail would not get drowned.
At the thought of Cedric's cold and hateful eyes, Joanna felt so painful in heart.
"Janet, take good care of Abigail. Call me when she wakes up."
Janet came to sense and glanced at Janet. Then she looked at Abigail on the bed and said worriedly.
"Okay, don't worry. I will take good care of her." Janet nodded, looked at Joanna with a serious face and said.
Hearing Janet's words, Joanna had to leave Abigail's ward.
After Joanna left, Janet's obedient and gentle face instantly turned cold and horrible.
She sneered at Joanna's back, then closed the door and stayed with Abigail.
As long as Cedric hated Joanna more and more, she could soon become Abigail's exclusive maid.
Then, Joanna would get farther and farther away from Cedric. Joanna was a useless woman and she was not qualified to compete with her.
"Cedric, you're back." Joanna was driven out of the hospital by Cedric. She returned to the villa and cooked in the kitchen. She wanted to make Abigail's favorite dishes. After she finished, she saw Cedric coming in.
She immediately walked to Cedric. She wanted to help him take his clothes, but Cedric pushed her away coldly.
"Don't touch me." Cedric looked at Joanna disgustedly. After throwing his jacket to another servant, he turned around and left indifferently.
Looking at Cedric's back, Joanna's eyes were filled with tears.
She clenched her fists tightly with sadness in her eyes.
"Joanna, are these for Abigail?" The housekeeper took over the dishes, looked at Joanna and asked. Joanna came to sense and wiped away the tears on her face awkwardly. She lowered her head, picked up the lunch boxes and said to the housekeeper in a dull voice, "I'll send these dishes to Abigail."
"But Cedric has ordered that you don't need to take care of Abigail anymore. He asked you to trim those flowers." The housekeeper looked at Joanna and said in a dilemma.
Actually, the housekeeper liked Joanna very much, because Joanna was very hard-working. Although she was a little cowardly, in general, she was a nice woman.
Hearing that it was Cedric's order, Joanna did not dare speak anymore.
She looked at the housekeeper and said with lonely eyes, "I see."
She thought that she should be responsible for Abigail's accident, so she was not surprised that Cedric treated her like this.
She forced a smile and went to trim those flowers.
After resting for a week, Abigail recovered and became energetic again.
But she was very unhappy because she didn't see Joanna.
"You want Joanna to take care of you?" Cedric hugged Abigail's body. When he heard Abigail's words, he frowned and asked.
"Can't I? I like Joanna."
"Don't like Janet?" Looking at Janet who was busy not far away, Cedric said to Abigail. Compared to Joanna, Cedric thought that Janet was more careful, and she was not as annoying as Joanna.
Hearing this, Abigail puckered her mouth and said pitifully, "No. I like Joanna."
Looking at Abigail, Cedric shook his head and said, "Okay, I will ask Joanna to continue to take care of you. Now eat your food, we will go to Provence tomorrow."
"Are we going to see mom?" Abigail's eyes lit up when she heard that.
"Yes."
Cedric nodded. Just as he was about to say something, he received a call from Edward. Edward was already at the airport and asked Cedric to pick him up.
"Mom and dad are back?" Hearing Cedric's words, Abigail opened her eyes wide and asked.
"Yes." Cedric was surprised. He didn't except that Edward and Ashley actually came back to Beijing.
