A Vengeful Bride novel Chapter 331

"I don't like her. She likes you and asks me about you everyday. She's annoying." Abigail frowned unhappily and said to Cedric.

Hearing this, Cedric's face turned cold.

Cedric knew that Janet was scheming long ago.

"Since you don't like Janet, I will ask the housekeeper to drive her out."

"Then, let Joanna accompany me, okay?" Abigail was willing to drive Janet out.

She wanted Joanna to take care of her. She just liked Joanna, because Joanna was very careful.

"What's so good about Joanna?" Cedric looked at Abigail with confusion. He didn't know why Abigail liked Joanna so much.

"Because Joanna was good at cooking, she made delicious fruit salad for me every day, and she made meal for you to nourish your body. When you were busy with work, she waited for you at the door. When you were hungry, she cooked for you. However, Janet never does that. She just dresses up very beautifully. When you come here, she rushes to you. I don't like her."

Abigail's childish words made Cedric inexplicably feel a little annoyed.

Joanna... her eyes...

When he was annoyed, someone always put a cup of coffee on his table. Was it made by Joanna? After Joanna left, no one made coffee for him again.

"Cedric, it seems that Joanna likes you very much."

Abigail leaned against Cedric's neck and said with her mouth puckered.

"Good girl, go for a nap." Cedric shook his head, touched Abigail's head and said.

"Cedric, promise me that you will take Joanna back." Abigail rubbed her eyes and said to Cedric.

Cedric never refused Abigail's request. He always gave her everything she wanted.

He rubbed Abigail's hair and his eyes darkened slightly. He picked up Abigail and went upstairs without saying anything.

After putting Abigail on the bed, Cedric drove out of the villa. At noon, it was time for him to have a lunch break. Because he was busy with work everyday, it was necessary for him to rest at noon.

However, Cedric did not want to rest at all that day. He felt unusually agitated.

Unconsciously, Cedric drove the car to Joanna's house. Joanna lived in a shabby apartment.

Cedric parked the car aside, because there was no way to drive on that road.

He got off the car and came to the door of Joanna's house. Looking at the dilapidated rented house, he was hesitant.

Just as he raised his hand and was about to knock on the door, someone came here. He immediately hid himself under a big tree in the yard. "Go back and have a look at the document. You have to use it for tomorrow's meeting. Discuss with Linda if there is anything you don't understand." A cold voice sounded. Cedric was not unfamiliar with the voice because he was...

Nacho.

Why did Nacho stay with Joanna?

Moreover, Joanna was wearing a professional suit.

Cedric narrowed his eyes and stared at Joanna's face. Joanna put on make-up and looked beautiful.

Cedric always felt that Joanna was cowardly, timid and humble.

However, he had a different feeling when he saw Joanna after a month. Perhaps it was because Joanna had become more confident.

"Okay. I will study hard."

Joanna looked at Nacho respectfully and said.

Since Nacho stopped Joanna's suicide, she went to his company and worked as a secretary.

Her work was to serve tea, send documents and clean the office. However, Nacho occasionally asked someone to teach her how to deal with the documents.

Joanna learnt very seriously. Some people in the company looked down on Joanna because she was a newbie. They always bullied her in different ways, but she never complained.

Nacho knew these things, but he didn't stop those people and just watched quietly.

He wanted to see if Joanna had the potential. "The meeting tomorrow is very important. Remember not to be late." Nacho glanced at Joanna and left.

After Nacho left, Joanna looked at the notebook in her hand. She took a lot of notes.

Then she closed the notebook. For the first time, she smiled happily.

Joanna felt very happy because she had a chance to work.

"Joanna, are you f**king trying to seduce Nacho now?"
