The servants surrounded Christ and coaxed him with sweat all over their heads.
But Christ was crying all the time, and the sound of his crying was getting louder and louder. Seeing this, the servants were so worried but they did not know how to comfort Christ.
"You all go out." When Bradley came in and saw Christ crying so sadly, he sighed deeply and waved his hand.
When the servants saw Bradley, they didn't dare to stay any longer. After respectfully saluting Bradley, they left.
When Christ saw Bradley coming back, he jumped down from the bed with his red eyes and walked towards Bradley.
Christ hugged Bradley's body and rubbed his little face against his arms.
"Dad... Where did you go?"
"I went to work. Why are you crying? Aren't you going to be a good child?" Bradley looked at the Christ's red and swollen eyelids, and his cold face gradually softened a lot. He carried Christ in his arms and walked toward the bed.
After putting Christ on the bed, Bradley picked up a piece of tissue paper and gently wiped his tears.
"Daddy, I want to stay with you. Mommy doesn't care about me." Christ said with a wronged face. Hearing the word ''mother1', Bradley's face suddenly turned cold as he said, "She's not your mother."
Christ didn't know why Bradley's expression suddenly turned cold, he blinked his eyes and looked at Bradley blankly.
"That woman is not your mother. Do you hear me clearly?" Bradley returned to tender and touched Christ's face with his fingers lightly.
Christ did not know that Nelly was not his mother. He looked at Bradley's angry face blankly, puckered his mouth and was about to cry because of grievance.
Looking at Christ's pitiful face, Bradley thought of Amelia in his mind. He had gone too far just now, and he didn't know if there was any problem with Amelia's body.
D*mn it... Why should he worry about that her safety?
Amelia... had never loved him.
"Daddy... then... where is my mother?"
When Christ saw that Bradley's face became extremely mad, he grabbed Bradley's finger with fear and asked cautiously.
He thought that Bradley was angry with him, so he was so scared.
Bradley touched Christ's hair and said with a cold face, "She's dead."
Christ didn't know what death meant. He just looked at Bradley with his eyes which were the same as his. "Have a good sleep."
Bradley didn't intend to explain anything to Christ. He picked up Christ and said lightly.
Christ lay in Bradley's arms and rubbed Bradley's chest with his tender face. He reached out his soft hands and touched the stubble on Bradley's chin, saying, "Daddy... don't be sad. I'm here with you, and I will definitely accompany you."
Christ's sweet voice made Bradley's eyes somewhat solemn.
He sighed deeply, lowered his head to kiss Christ's forehead and said, "Okay, you have to accompany daddy for the rest of my life, do you understand?"
"Yeah, I'll always stay by your side."
Christ yawned, then he closed his eyes and fell asleep quickly.
Looking at Christ who had fallen asleep, Bradley's eyes were slightly soft.
He gently rubbed Christ's hair, lovingly and gently.
The wind blew through the window with a touch of tenderness.
Bradley accompanied Christ for a long time before he got up and left his bedroom.
As soon as he walked out, he saw Nelly standing in the corridor with a bowl of porridge in her hand. When she saw Bradley coming out, a gentle smile appeared on her beautiful face.
"Bradley, are you hungry? I cooked some bird's nest for you."
"Nelly, I've told you, don't tell Christ that you're his mother."
Bradley took out the cigarette and lighter from his pocket. After lighting it, he said to Nelly with sharp and cold eyes.
Nelly didn't expect that Bradley would be angry because of this matter. She pinched her palm hard, and there were tears in her eyes.
"Bradley, am I wrong? We are married, so Christ is my child. I am his mother. What's wrong with this?"
Nelly pinched her palm hard and said as she looked at Bradley.
Bradley narrowed his cold eyes and said in a heartless and indifferent voice, "Except for Amelia, no one is qualified to be Christ's mother."
"You... Do you still love Amelia until now?"
Nelly seemed to be irritated by Bradley's words. She took a step back with tears running down her face.
Bradley gave Nelly a cold look and didn't pay attention to her. He said mockingly, "If you insist that you're Christ's mother, don't blame me for being ruthless to you. You know the reason why I married you better than anyone else."
