A Touch of Sweetness novel (Finnick and Vivian) novel Chapter 2649

“What is in your sack?” Larry asked, his hand pointing to the sack on the young man's back.

“Our food. You want to take a look?” the young man returned.

“Of course,” Larry answered.

“Alright, I'll show you!” the young kidnapper untied his sack.

Before he could show it to Larry, a disgusting stench wafted out of the sack.

“Enough! You can leave!” Larry immediately stopped him.

The young kidnapper winked at his boss before walking away.

Larry continued, “I want to see her before I pay you the ransom.”

“No problem!” The kidnapper proceeded to push the door to the warehouse open.

“Look, that's the woman you want.”

Inside the warehouse, a woman was tied to a chair. Her head was hung low, and her hair covered her face completely. She had her back to Larry.

“I want to see her face,” Larry demanded.

“Go over to her and you'll see her face clearly.”

Larry walked slowly toward the woman and placed the briefcase he was holding on the ground. He held the woman's hair up so he could get a good look at her.

She should be terrified, I guess. Larry appeared troubled.

“Take your time. I'll take my leave now!” The kidnapper grabbed the briefcase Larry left on the ground and dashed out.

“Della, wake up!” Larry gathered her hair together and urged.

“Let's go!” yelled the kidnapper's leader once he left the warehouse.

“Caspian!” Larry's voice rang out inside the warehouse.

Yes, the kidnapper had lied to him. That woman on the chair wasn't Della!

His roar pierced the air.

“Go get them!” Caspian ordered his men.

Soon, Larry's car was surrounded.
