If it were before, Rodney would say it was not true and defend Sarah.
Now, he felt that everything Wendy said was most probably correct.
In the tens of minutes he was in the police station, he did not want to think about it nor face it. However, Wendy said everything.
He had to figure some things out.
If Sarah had been deceiving him all along...
Rodney clenched his fists tightly. His breathing trembled, and his eyes were bloodshot.
If it were true, he would never let Sarah off
the hook.
He wanted her to be in a living hell.
"Stop the car by the roadside," Jason ordered all of a sudden.
The driver quickly stopped the car.
Jason closed his eyes. "Do you understand now why your mom and I didn’t want to hand over the company to you? Because you're too stupid. You can't even evaluate a person properly, so how can I hand over such a big family business to you? If things go wrong, the business that the Snow family has worked on for generations will fall into Sarah's hands.”
Rodney's lips moved.
"Don’t say anything.” Jason raised his hand. "You told me that getting the divorce required 80 million dollars. It was a lie, right? If I were to give you the family assets, you wouldn't have just given 100 million dollars to Sarah today. It would've been at least a billion dollars.”
Rodney’s handsome face flushed red in embarrassment.
