Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1008

Estelle felt instantly irritated, so much that she didn't have the heart to continue the conversation. Her face darkened, and she got out of the car, slamming the door shut with a "bang."

Jonathan watched her annoyed figure walk away, his mood also taking a turn for the worse.

Estelle didn't calm down until she reached the bottom of the building. Suddenly, she paused and looked back. She hadn't told Jonathan her address, so how did he know she lived at Sunset Ridge?

Suddenly, she was clueless about what Jonathan was playing at.

He broke up with her two years ago and now had a new girlfriend, yet he insisted on getting close to her again, occasionally showing he still cared.

Was it because he found out about her identity as Stella and therefore felt a bit guilty about their breakup?

Estelle gave a light smile and walked into the building.

Half an hour later, Manley entered. He was dressed in a white suit and didn't say a word as he came in, but walked straight over to hug Estelle.

Caught off guard, Estelle was held tightly in his arms, and instinctively tried to break free.

"Don't move!" Manley buried his handsome face in her neck, his voice low and hoarse. "Let me hold you for a moment, just a moment. I've missed you so much!"

Estelle suddenly remembered a night when a certain someone had come to her in the same way, holding her and saying he missed her, not wanting to wait another second.

Manley held the girl in his arms, feeling all the longing and anxiety he had been feeling on the plane eased. He greedily tightened his arms around her, uncontrollably moving his lips to her neck.

The warm touch made Estelle tense up. Just as she was about to push Manley away, the door was violently pushed open. A tall, slender figure stood there, his gaze sharp as a knife, slicing into her.

Manley loosened his hold on Estelle and turned around. "Mr. Lamont, is it polite to barge into someone's house without knocking?"

Jonathan's bottled-up anger finally erupted. He lunged forward, swinging a punch at Manley.
