Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1193

He even dared to go to the Lamont family, but got scared off by their bodyguards and bolted, never daring to set foot there again.

Estelle didn't say anything; she just smirked and kept walking.

Victor hurried to catch up with her and asked, "Estelle, why aren't you living in the Royal Mansion anymore? Did the Lamont family kick you out? Did you hit them up for compensation? You can't just let them dump you like that. They're loaded; you should have sued them for millions!"

Estelle glanced at him coldly and said, "Shut your trap, or I'll have you thrown out!"

Victor immediately backed off, no longer mentioning the Lamont family, and asked awkwardly, "So where are you living now? Can I move in with you? We can watch each other's backs."

"No way!" Estelle flatly refused.

Victor tried to persuade her again, but seeing Estelle's unwavering stance, he changed his tune: "If you won't let me stay with you, could you lend me some money? I'm flat broke now; I've been sleeping on park benches for a couple of days and haven't had a bite to eat."

"I told you, we're not connected in any way." Estelle looked at him indifferently.

"Estelle, you can't be so heartless. Our parents are gone; we're the only family we have left. If you don't help me, who will?" Victor looked at Estelle with a cheeky grin, seeming determined to mooch her off.

Estelle looked at him and said cryptically, "I'll find someone to help you."

"Who?" Victor immediately asked.

Estelle didn't answer; she walked into her office. Victor followed her in, looking around curiously.

"Estelle, you're so badass, you even have your own office." Victor looked at Estelle greedily and said, "You must've made a ton of money in the crew, right?"

Blythe came in and saw Victor lounging in the chair. She frowned and asked, "Which department are you from? Why are you sitting here?"
