Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1242

"Forget it, he might be busy," Estelle said. "Let's not bother him anymore, we should head back to class."

"But since we're already here." Henson took a step forward and knocked on the door with force, "Uncle? Ms. Macclain wants to see you!"

But no matter how many times Henson knocked, there was no response from inside. Henson tried the door handle, found it unlocked, and pushed it open.

Estelle wanted to stop him, but it was too late.

"Uncle!" Henson called out as he walked in.

Estelle stayed at the door, "No need to keep calling out, he's not home."

Sure enough, after looking around, Henson found that Jonathan wasn't home. He was baffled, "Where did he go?"

He checked the study room next door, but still no sign of Jonathan. He was disappointed. He had convinced Estelle to come, but his uncle wasn't home.

Estelle leaned against the wall and watched Henson pace back and forth. Her feelings were mixed, both relieved and disappointed, she said with a smile, "Your idea for this visit was a swing and a miss."

Henson asked a servant, who revealed that Jonathan had left while they were in class.

"Can you rest now? Let's go back to class," Estelle began walking downstairs.

"Then we'll try again tomorrow, I'll remind my uncle not to go out," Henson said.

"He must have had something important to do when he left. Let's not bother him," Estelle replied, looking back, "You stop worrying about our matters."

Henson sighed, "Then you two better make up quickly, I don't want to see my uncle upset every day!"

"So you only care about your uncle!" Estelle laughed.

"Of course, I care about you too. Don't think I don't see it, you're not happy either."

Estelle stopped and watched Henson walk ahead, she raised an eyebrow, since when did he become a mind reader?

After class, back at Sunset Ridge, as soon as she stepped out of the elevator, Dragon called out, "Estelle!"
