Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 1249

"I can't do this!" Estelle immediately stood up, grabbing the documents on the table, "I'm here to tutor Henson, I can't let every penny Mr. Lamont spent go to waste."

With that, she turned to leave.

Jonathan also got up, catching her hand, his eyes filled with affection and helplessness, "I'm spending my own money, am I supposed to shortchange myself?"

"Stop struggling!" Estelle furrowed her brow, "I really need to go teach now."

"The afternoons and evenings are mine," Jonathan seized the opportunity, laying his terms on the table.

Estelle thought for a moment, then said, "We'll have lunch with Henson together at noon. In the evening, let's take Emily out for dinner."

She hadn't made her relationship with Jonathan clear to Emily before. Now that Jonathan had moved in, Emily was bound to find out sooner or later. It would be better if they could sit down for a meal and tell Emily in advance.

Jonathan immediately understood what she meant. His heart was filled with joy, and he nodded with a gentle smile.

"Alright."

She had reaffirmed their relationship, which made him happier than any words of flattery.

"I'm going now."

"Off you go," Jonathan kissed her forehead once again, "I'll be waiting for you."

Back in Henson's room, he immediately turned to her, nervously asking, "How did it go?"

"Not bad, Jonathan agreed to take pictures for your parents, and didn't put me in a bind," Estelle said, her face expressionless.

"That's it?" Henson frowned.

"Yes, anything else?"

Henson hurriedly asked, "What about you and Jonathan, are you guys on good terms again?"

"There was never any problem between us," Estelle said seriously, "Don't overthink it, let's get started with the lesson."

Just as Henson was about to ask more, a message popped up on his phone. He glanced at it - it was from Jonathan.
