Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 27

“I’m an adult, but more importantly, I’m your teacher, I shouldn't be swayed by money, it's my fault!"

......

"Wow, impressive!"

Jonathan suddenly spoke up, looking at the two of them through the rearview mirror, "You guys are so loyal to each other? Why don't you become sworn brothers right now?"

Estelle and Henson both went silent.

Jonathan paused for a moment, then said to Henson, "It's not wrong to stand up for justice and protect the weak when you are sure of your own safety, but when it comes to your classmates, you don't have to be so heavy-handed."

Henson obediently responded with an "oh."

"You didn't do anything wrong overall, so I won't scold you!"

Jonathan immediately beamed with joy. "Thank you, Uncle!"

"But," Jonathan's tone darkened, "what about you having Ms. Macclain pretend to be your guardian? What do you have to say for that?"

Estelle was about to speak when she saw Jonathan's profound gaze from the mirror and immediately closed her mouth.

Henson bowed his head, "I was wrong, and it won't happen again!"

"Mmm, it's not just about admitting your mistakes but also changing for the better!" Jonathan's voice softened, then he said casually, "There's still one class left. Go to your class now!"

"Yes!" Henson responded, and before getting out of the car, he looked at Estelle worriedly, "Uncle, you've forgiven me, can you also forgive Ms. Macclain?"

Estelle looked at Henson's innocent eyes, and her heart suddenly softened.

"Don't worry, I won't fire her!" Jonathan said.

Henson felt relieved and said goodbye to them before getting out of the car and being escorted by bodyguards into the school.
