Estelle furrowed her brow and approached the woman directly, her voice icy as she asked, "Who did you witness embracing each other?"

Startled, the woman quickly turned her head to face Estelle's piercing gaze. Nervously, she forced a laugh and stammered, "Oh, I was just joking around, you know..."

With that, she hurriedly retreated from the scene.

Meanwhile, Estelle returned to the ward, catching a glimpse of the woman taking a sip of water, guilt evident on her face as she averted her gaze.

"Who's taking care of him?"

The nurse said, "His sister."

Another nurse laughed, "Sister? They sleep in the same bed at night, they must be a couple!"

The nurse who was conversing with Carson let out a snort. "If they claim to be siblings, then they're siblings!"

The other nurse retorted, "Why are you defending him? Do you have a crush on him or something?"
