Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 506

Charlie continued, "So even if you forgive Nora and don't press charges, they'll definitely end up in jail!"

Emily looked cold, "I won't forgive her!"

Seeing her shivering slightly, Charlie frowned and regretted telling her all this. "The police won't bother you anymore. I'll help you deal with everything, so just let it go!"

Emily looked up at Charlie and said, touched by his gentle eyes, "Charlie, thank you. I owe you so much!"

"You were hurt because of me. You don't owe me anything." Charlie smiled, "As long as you don't blame me, that's good enough!"

Emily hurriedly said, "of course I don’t!"

"Well then, move back to the Royal Mansion. Estelle won't be at ease if you stay outside," said Charlie.

Emily shook her head, "I'm doing just fine where I am now. I don’t want to bother you anymore."

Charlie glanced at her, "Emily, are you on guard against me?"

Emily stunned, and quickly denied, "No, I'm not!"

Charlie laughed lightly, "I know I'm not a good guy in your eyes, but I really just think of you as a friend! I won't have any thoughts about you beyond that. I hope we can get along like before, and don't overthink it!"

Emily blushed, "you really got me wrong!"

She said softly, "I know you wouldn't like me. You made it clear the first time we met that you won't like someone like me. I won’t overthink!"

"You silly girl" Charlie laughed, "I don't care what you and Carson said, but with me, we're friends!"
