Find Me In Your Labyrinth novel Chapter 629

Three or four people jumped in to help, and Malloy, who had come to visit, ran over, looking surprised at Hattie in the water, and cried out in distress, "Hattie, Hattie!"

Hattie was quickly rescued ashore, her face white with cold.

It was already late autumn, and especially after a rain, the water in the pond was icy and bone-chilling.

The assistant director ran over, pointed at Estelle's nose, and scolded, "What did you do? How could you push her into the water? Is that in the script?"

"Instinctive reaction!" Estelle's voice was cold, staring at the assistant director. "I told you I might not be able to act well, but you insisted on me coming to play the role."

The assistant director saw a coldness in Estelle's face. He felt a chill down his spine, and the words he wanted to scold were stuck in his throat, unable to say a single word.

Estelle walked past him and went back to the staff area to change clothes.

After changing her clothes, she sat on her own small stool, took out her phone to play a game, and just as she turned on the game, someone came stomping over with an imposing manner, standing in front of Estelle, looking down at her, "You are Estelle?"

Estelle first saw a pair of limited edition sneakers, looked up, and saw Malloy with a fierce face.

She nodded, "Yes, I am!"

"You son of a..."

"Mr. Hearn!"

Craig ran over panting, blocking Estelle from Malloy, and quickly said, "Estelle is not part of the crew, nor is she an actress. She might have accidentally hurt Ms. Hattie, but she didn't mean it!"

Malloy stared at Craig, frowning, "Who are you?"

"I'm part of the staff." Craig quickly replied, "I apologize on her behalf to you and Ms. Hattie, please be magnanimous and don't hold it against her."

These rich and powerful kids were not only the actor's support but also the investors in the movie. No one, not even the director, dared to offend them.

Malloy sneered at Craig, "What's your relationship with her? Fine, since you're pleading for her, I'll give you a chance - let her kneel to Hattie, kneel until the crew is done for today, and I'll forgive her!"
