Estelle sat on the bench, wearing the down jacket given by the crew. The jacket was oversized, making her face look smaller and more delicate.

At this moment, her eyes were calm. "Nanette, I advise you not to waste your time on me. Bullying me won't help your acting skills or improve your status in the crew. If you can get me out of the crew, just do it. No need to threaten me over and over again, wasting both of our time!"

Nanette got even more furious when she heard Estelle mocking her acting. "Estelle, why do Mr. Mayfield and Mr. Malcom favor you so much? You've slept with everyone in the crew, haven't you?!"

Estelle coldly stared at her, "I won't hold a grudge for the nail you put under the cushion that day. But if you keep talking nonsense, don't blame me for getting physical!"

"What nail?" Nanette frowned at Estelle, "You want to hit me? Go ahead, give it a try. Touch me and I'll make you lose everything you have!"

Jonathan's face darkened, "Nanette is your girlfriend? Keep her in check, or don't blame me for dealing with her!"

Manley's previously playful face turned grave as well. He didn't say a word and just walked towards the courtyard.

Nanette continued her rant, but she stopped as soon as she saw someone approaching. She looked back and suddenly changed her demeanor, "Manley? You're back! Why didn't you tell me?"

Estelle looked up at Manley with surprise in her eyes.

They knew each other? Judging by Nanette's tone, their relationship seemed to be more than just common.

Estelle finally remembered who Nanette was - the student Manley had been pursuing from Art Studios in J City. Nanette must have recognized who Estelle was as well, so all the bullying was not because of Hattie, but Manley? Unexpected indeed!
