Agnes' thoughts were as twisted as a maze.
But her expression and body seemed frozen, unable to move.
Jared was standing at the door, staring at Agnes stiffly.
Neither of them wanted to break the silence.
But in the end, Agnes broke the silence, "I... I just came back to pack up."
Knowing that Jared was okay, Agnes felt relieved.
Maybe, she was overthinking.
How could a rational person like Jared get depressed because of her?
Agnes bowed her head and prepared to leave directly.
But Jared stood at the doorway like a gatekeeper, motionless, with no intention of letting her pass.
Agnes turned around and tried to squeeze past him quietly.
Suddenly, Jared spoke, "Weren't you going to pack up? Your stuff is in the bedroom, where are you going now?"
Agnes was stunned.
Right, this was their bedroom.
Her personal items were all in this room.
Seeing that Jared didn't move, but she wanted to run away, wasn't she revealing her intentions?
Agnes regained her senses, "I'm going to get a suitcase from the storage room."
Agnes really went to the storage room and came back with a suitcase.
Jared had taken off his coat and was sitting on the sofa.
His arms were crossed and his eyes were fixed on Agnes.
Agnes ignored him and started packing.
It had been a long time since she had been here.
But all her things were still the same.
