When Alexander received the call from Margaret, he was in a meeting at the company. He needed to report on establishing new projects and expansion ideas overseas. Initially, he did not want to answer the call, but as he used his phone to read the data analysis, he had no choice.

After declining the call, he quickly summed up his meeting and returned to the office to call her back. On the phone, the old lady sounded aggressive. "Where are you now?"

"I'm in the company."

It seemed like Margaret was in a bad mood. "Come back right away!"

"You mean, now?"

"Yes, now!" After a pause, she said again, "Bring your wife with you!"

Before Alexander could refuse, Margaret immediately said, "If you don't bring her, I'll send someone to pick her up myself! Is she unable to leave the house now that she's pregnant? As your grandmother, I don't even get to meet her at least once?"

Alexander kept quiet for a moment and pursed his lips. He did not want to argue with her on the phone. "Got it."

He guessed this sudden invitation was probably related to Heather. Alexander did not know how Heather told Ralph and Margaret about the incident, but he could not be bothered.

An hour later, Alexander's car slowly drove into the Russell Estate. Margaret was already sitting in the living room with her walking stick firmly in her hand. She seemed like she was ready for battle.
