After singing the whole song himself, Ralph turned his head to look over and saw that Heather was still sitting there without saying a word.
He finally could not hold back and approached her, "Heather, do you have any opinion on me?"
She blinked and shook her head.
Seeing that she did not refuse, Ralph moved a little closer in her direction, "Since there’s no objection, that means you’re satisfied, so can we officially decide on the marriage?"
Although the Russell family had already made a lot of preparations for this marriage, the Riggs family's attitude was elusive, so they had to hurry up. After all, many others wanted to climb up to a marriage like the Riggs family.
Initially, the strength of the Russell family did not need to be won over, but Alexander had full control. Although Ralph was the uncle, he had no real power, so there was only so much he could get in his hands. In contrast, the Riggs family, of course, was not so attractive to him.
The good thing was that, no matter what, he was still backed up by the Russells. He may be able to make a comeback one day, and that was probably what the Riggs family would want.
"Heather," Calling her name softly, Ralph reached out and tentatively took her shoulders, wanting to make further contact.
He wanted to be more intimate with her and not worry about anything else. However, as soon as his fingers touched her shoulder, she jumped up as if she was electrocuted, and the wine in her hand spilled onto his legs.
"I'm sorry!" she said hurriedly but at a loss.
Her reaction was big. Ralph was startled and even folded his arms in a defensive posture.
Everyone knew that the Riggs family was known for its kickboxing skills, and Heather was the successor. No one knew how professional she could be, and even Ralph himself was a little afraid of it.
