In the end, Adele was brought back to A City by Frid and Elliot.
"Get out of the car!"
As soon as the car stopped, Frid roared fiercely.
Adele's eyelashes quivered, and even her hands were trembling gently.
Through the car window, she saw a three-storey white house. It was not very imposing, but it made her flustered for no reason.
She... was not familiar with this place. When she came here, she observed the environment outside. This place was not very remote, and it should be on the fourth ring road. This house was in a neighbourhood. There were many trees and plants inside, and the houses were quite far away from each other.
"I ask you to get off the car. Do you hear me?" Frid was impatient, and his eyes were extremely malicious as he stared at Adele.
He opened the car door completely and turned to say to her, "I warn you. Don't try to play any tricks. Otherwise, you will suffer a lot! You don't need me to remind you, do you?"
Adele didn't say a word. She lowered hear head slightly and her mind was in a mess.
After she and Arvis were caught by them again, she had thought about running away again, but she had no chance. Her back had been aching since she fell down. Moreover, Frid learnt a lesson and tied up her hands as soon as he got on the car.
Elliot glanced at Frid, "The boss doesn't have any other request. Loose her bonds first. Don't make him unhappy at the last moment."
Frid snorted coldly, but he did as he was told.
As soon as he untied the rope, he roared again, "Hurry up! Get off the car!"
Adele did not move.
Frid was annoyed. He grabbed Adele's arm and was about to pull her out of the car.
Arvis sat right next to Adele. After Frid slapped Adele in the face on the mountain, he had been hating Frid. However, Adele seemed to have noticed his displeasure and told him to behave well.
At this time, when he saw Frid pulling Adele so rudely, he frowned, rushed forward immediately, and bit Frid's arm fiercely.
"You bad guy!"
"Ah!"
Frid felt painful and pinched Arvis's neck with the other hand, "You son of a b*tch! Do you want to die?"
"Frid!"
"Arvis!"
Adele panicked and grabbed Frid's hand in a hurry, "Don't do this. I beg you!"
Elliot got out of the car and pushed Frid. Then he glanced at the house behind him, "He's just a little kid. Besides, do you forget what I told you just now?"
Frid tried to suppress his anger. In the end, he let go of Arvis ferociously, "I'll let you go today!"
Elliot's face darkened as he said to Adele, "We've tolerated you a lot all the way here. We do this for money. Furthermore, we're already here. Don't think about anything else. If you cooperate with us, we can leave here as soon as possible. But if you don't... you'll suffer a lot." Saying this, he turned to look at Arvis who was very mad, "Besides, ask him to behave himself."
Adele's heart trembled. She looked Arvis and closed her eyes in despair.
When she opened her eyes again, she smiled bitterly, "Alright, lead the way for me." After that, she took Arvis's hand and forced a smile, "Don't be afraid, Arvis."
She asked Arvis not to be afraid. In fact, she was comforting herself.
She didn't know who wanted to see her and why that person wanted to catch her. If she was alone, she wouldn't care about it. Anyway, she didn't want to live such a miserable life anymore.
But it was different. Arvis was with her. Even if she didn't care about herself, she had to think for Arvis.
