Lydia Song came and went in a hurry, leaving only the two of them again in the VIP ward.

Elizabeth Liang sat there, still not knowing how to react. That's it? That was her meeting his parent?

"I need to go to the toilet."

Elizabeth frowned. "Mr. Lu, only your head is injured, you can move your legs."

James raised his eyebrows. "My legs are weak." Then he added, "You hit me." Elizabeth was speechless, but she had to obey. After all, she did hit him.

"Then I'll only help you to the toilet."

She helped him up, but as soon as he stood up, he put his entire weight on her body. Although he wasn't overweight, being six foot tall meant that he was definitely not light.

Elizabeth staggered and had to hold on to the bed to stay steady.
