I Only Want You novel Chapter 51

"You're a plague, Elizabeth Liang!" Josephine Liang angrily gritted her teeth as she watched Sir Wu walk away.

"Josephine!" Theodore Chao was also disappointed and upset by the fact that Sir Wu had gone, but now that there were only them left, and Elizabeth was injured, he couldn't bring himself to be cruel.

"Plague?" James Lu looked up at Josephine as he held Elizabeth in his arms. His eyes were as cold as ice.

"If she's a plague, then what are you?" James snorted with contempt. "An elevated thief?"

Josephine might have just simply bore James's words in the past, but now things were different. Now she was the noble heiress of the Liang Company and the hottest TV star at the moment. Although James was known in A City for his arrogance and incredible wealth, she couldn't afford to care anymore when she was watching Elizabeth being defended and protected by TWO men, one of whom being her fiance.

"Thief?" Josephine's perfectly dolled up face turned red from rage. "My apologies but, I'm having trouble understanding your eloquent choice of words, Mr. Lu."

"Oh, so you're going to play dumb? Doesn't matter, I'm sure that we all know about it anyway! You're lucky that I've been busy with other things. I'll give you a little more time to enjoy your leisurely and luxurious new life." James couldn't be bothered with this insane woman anymore, so he turned to Elizabeth and said, "Let's go. The air here is terrible."

After that, he bent down and was about to pick up Elizabeth when she stopped him.

Puzzled and displeased, he furrowed his eyebrows. "Why? You want to walk on your own like this?"

"It doesn't hurt that much now..." Elizabeth shook her head and looked a little embarrassed. "And... I... I'm wearing a skirt... If you pick me up ..."

The skirt was not long at all, and she wasn't wearing any safety shorts. If he picked her up, then...

Elizabeth wasn't crying anymore, but there were still tears glistening on her eyelashes. Her big eyes were watering and her face looked dismayed and embarrassed. So he nodded and said nothing more.

"Lean on me."

"Okay.”

Although her foot was still in pain, it wasn't as bad as it was before. She gently leaned onto his chest to support herself. She wasn't struggling, but just a little slow.

"It's impressive how you mastered the art of seducing men in less than a month, Elizabeth." Josephine gritted her teeth as she watched Elizabeth being cherished and cared for.

Elizabeth paused for a moment, but James patted her on the shoulder. "Don't worry, I'll deal with her." "You went too far, Josephine!" Theodore said with a dead serious face as he watched the others walk farther and farther away. He was clearly unhappy.

"Too far?" Josephine shouted with exaggerated shock. "Are you talking about me, Theodore? I went too far? Just because I lectured Elizabeth?"

"Stop being unreasonable, Josephine."

"I'm unreasonable? Are you confused which woman is your fiancee right now?!" Josephine pointed at Elizabeth as she was leaving. "You're worried about her just because she had a little injury? Don't you understand that I'm the woman who will marry you and give you all you need? While she's nothing but a clown!"

"You..." He looked at the beautiful but hysterical woman in front of him with annoyance, then finally gave up and said, "Forget it, I'm sure you don't want to see me right now anyway. I'll go first."

"THEODORE!"

Josephine's blood boiled when she saw that Theodore really turned around and left.

When had he ever treated her like this before today?

This was all Elizabeth's fault, that shameless b*tch!

"Come back, Theodore!" Josephine furiously stomped her feet. "I didn't give you permission to leave!"
