Cornelia didn't give up on Natalia, "I've got a mate who has a comic studio. If you ever fancy getting a job, give me a shout, and I can hook you up."
Instead of gratitude, Natalia apologized. "Cornelia, I'm sorry!" She opened the door, only to see a man at the doorstep, making her back away in shock. "Mr. Rivera..."
Zavier Rivera chuckled, "Ms. Reese, you're scared of me? Do I look like a ghost to you?"
Natalia was at loss for words.
He was not a ghost, but he was way scarier!
Cornelia stepped forward to shield Natalia, "Mr. Rivera, what brings you here?"
Zavier looked at Cornelia and Natalia with a sly smile, "Why don't you take a guess?"
Natalia hid behind Cornelia in fear, tightly gripping her clothes. "Cornelia..."
Cornelia patted Natalia's hand to calm her down before turning to Zavier, "Mr. Rivera, President Hartley is right over there."
Zavier glanced at the two of them before heading towards Marcus, "Marc, what are you hiding here for? Didn't you come to greet me?"
Natalia whispered to Cornelia, "Does Mr. Rivera know..."
Cornelia reassured her, "Don't worry. It's not you who spilled the beans, it was me who figured it out first. And you don't need to be afraid of him, just try to avoid him in the future."
Natalia nodded uncertainly.
After Natalia left, Cornelia returned to the lounge and overheard Marcus and Zavier's conversation.
They both had a powerful presence, looking out the window with their hands clasped behind their backs.
Marcus asked, "Are you in contact with the Reese family?"
Zavier responded, "Yeah, the Reese family knows you've pissed me off and I'm out to get you. They want to join forces with me and take you down."
