Chapter 100 Do You Regret It? 

Edmond was mortified by the slap, and Alicia finally felt better now. 

But after they had made such a scene, the whole company spread the rumor that this couple was not getting along well. After all, no one would believe that any couple would slap each other in public if they were in a good relationship. 

Only Linda, Edmond's secretary, knew the truth. 

She still got vivid memories of what had happened this morning. 

After the lunch break, everyone was busy with their own work. Alicia also regained her composure, but she deliberately kept the door open when she went to the office to deliver some documents to Edmond. 

Linda, who was sitting outside the door, heard their conversation. 

"Mr. Agos, sign the papers, please." 

"Come here." 

"Sign the papers first." 

"Close the door." 

"I know what tricks you're playing." 

"I can let you punish me." 

"I don't want to." 

Then Edmond ordered in a loud voice, "Linda, close the door." 

Linda shivered as she went to close the door. She put on her headphones and pretended not to hear anything. After sitting down, she couldn't help but secretly rejoice that she was the only one in the whole company, who knew that this couple was truly in love with each other. 

Edmond finally learned his lesson and stopped teasing Alicia. 

Alicia spent plenty of time sorting out the document, explaining the company's affairs to him in detail so that he could get started as soon as possible. 

Edmond listened attentively. Looking at him pondering seriously, Alicia felt as if they had returned to college days when Edmond was a straight-A student. 

She admitted that he was indeed a little charming in this way. 

She couldn't help asking, "Why are you suddenly willing to take over the company?" 

"Isn't this what you want?" 

"You won't regret it?" 

"Do you regret marrying me?" 

"I'm quite regretful." 

Edmond fell silent for a moment. "I'll give you a chance to say it again." 

Alicia raised a bright smile, deliberately not letting him get what he wanted, and then swaggered away.
