Marriage Games with a Charming CEO novel Chapter 99

Chapter 99 They Don't Get Along Well

Edmond had sent 20 messages to Alicia, asking her what she would like to eat for lunch, but he didn't receive any reply.

When he walked out of the office during his lunch break, he found that Alicia was no longer in her seat.

He then figured that she was still angry with him.

Edmond, who was clear that he had made his wife angry, was not worried. Instead, he went briskly downstairs to find Alicia.

As expected, he found Alicia in the cafeteria downstairs of the company.

When the employees eating in the cafeteria saw Edmond coming over, they all fixed their eyes on him.

Edmond walked towards Alicia with his hands in his pockets, his face filled with joy. He was gazing at her the whole time.

"Why didn't you wait for me when you went downstairs for a meal?"

Alice had just finished paying for her meal before she turned around and then ignored Edmond behind her.

Edmond looked at her cold face and then glanced at her slightly pink ears. The smile on his face widened. Instead of hurrying forward to comfort her, he went to buy food first.

The onlookers couldn't help whispering.

"Edmond doesn't seem to get along well with Alicia. It looks like Edmond trying to hit on her, but Alicia isn't impressed at all."

"They certainly don't love each other since they are only married because of business. Do you remember the marriage certificate posted on the official website? Ms. Casey's smile is stiff in the photo!"

"Look at Ms. Casey's face when she's looking at Mr. Agos. It looks like she wants to kill him."

"If you married a playboy like Mr. Agos, who cheated on you every day, you would also want to kill him."

"That's true."

Edmond went to find Alicia after he got his meal.

The moment he sat down, Alicia kicked him under the table.

"Go away."

He asked with a smile, "Are you still mad?"

"Pervert."

"People always have to try something new."

"You only like seeing me making a fool of myself."

"Okay, let's play something else next time."

Alicia was speechless.

What he had said was no different from claiming that he would do it again even though he knew he was wrong.

Alicia was used to eating alone in the company. Although she also noticed some people talking about her on a daily basis, it was even more obvious today. She felt like an animal in the zoo being watched by everyone.

Everyone's eyes were fixed on her and Edmond.

After eating briefly, Alicia couldn't bear it anymore, so she looked up at him.

"Can you go to the other table?"
