Chapter 115 Cecelia Wasn't A Pushover
"I don't even know what you are talking about. What pendant? I have never seen it!" Cecelia has already seen that these women were deliberately finding fault.
Were they trying to falsely accuse her of stealing?
Well, no way!
"You hid it. You'd better hand it over, or it won't do you any good if this matter gets bigger." Camelia threatened.
"I said I didn't take it."
"Since you didn't take it, do you dare to open your bag and let us take a look?"
Cecelia looked at her bag. The women asked her to open it so firmly, so they had tampered with her bag in advance.
If she guessed right, the pendant was probably in her bag.
"Let's take a look. If it's not in the bag, you can go! If it's in the bag, we'll call the police!" Sabrina was also aggressive.
"Okay, I'll open it for you to see."
Cecelia opened her bag. These women came up to her immediately and looked at it carefully for a while until Sabrina screamed, "Look! What is this?"
She pulled out a bright green pendant from Cecelia's bag.
Camelia asked, "Auntie, look, is this the heirloom of the Nelson family!"
"That's right! It's this pendant!" Renee held it in her hand and said firmly.
Camelia had something on Cecelia and laughed, "Cecelia, I didn't expect you to be a thief.
"You kept saying that you didn't take anything away, but it turns out you've stolen the heirloom of the Nelson family!
"Now that you've been caught with it, what else do you have to say?"
Sabrina made a call, "I'm calling the police now and asking the police to deal with it!"
The servants stopped Cecelia and refused to let her leave. After calling the police, these women were gloating and waiting for the police to arrive.
Cecelia smiled coldly, "You're saying I stole a family heirloom. Is that thing real or fake? Don't try to use a fake one to slander me. Do you know the consequences of slandering me?"
"Of course it's real! Look at the color, the best imperial green, priceless!" Renee explained.
"But why do I feel that this thing is fake?" Cecelia said unhurriedly.
"What evidence do you have to say it's fake? We have the testimonial."
Sabrina took out the testimonial, "Look! This is the testimonial issued by an authoritative expert!"
"Well, how interesting! You brought a testimonial with you when you went out. It seems that things happened as you expected!"
The testimonial showed that they had premeditated. Did they think she was a fool?
Sabrina was speechless.
Soon, two more gossipy women rushed over. It was Maria and Lydia.
They had just heard from a servant that Cecelia and Remington got divorced, and now she was kicked out of the Nelson family, but Madam Renee stopped her, saying that she had stolen the Nelson family's heirloom.
It was such a good opportunity to watch a good show. Of course, the two women would not miss it.
When they came, Maria asked, "Renee, what's going on?"
"We're investigating the theft of a family heirloom," Renee explained.
Camelia added, "It has been found out now. It was stolen by that woman, and we caught her with it!"
Maria looked at Cecelia, "Cecelia, I didn't expect you to be this kind of woman. You came to our Nelson family to bring blessings to a dying person, but it turns out you're trying to get more money.
"Do you want to know how much the imperial green pendant is worth? It's a rare treasure that can't be bought for billions of dollars!"
Lydia didn't dare to speak, but she was gloating secretly.
She couldn't deal with the bitch Cecelia, but someone could!
"What rare treasure? It's just a fake!" Cecelia snatched the pendant from Renee's hand.
