After receiving the message, Cecelia went to the private room to meet Remington.

"Remington!"

Opening the door, Cecelia was stunned to see several other handsome men. She knew they were all Remington's good friends.

When Cecelia suddenly appeared, the men in the room were all stunned. Seeing her, Jimmy jumped up in surprise.

"Cece, come in!"

Remington came over, closed the door, and pulled her in, saying, "My friends have long wanted to meet you. Let me formally introduce them to you."

"No need. I know them."

Cecelia had read their profiles, so she looked at Rupert and said, "Mr. Jackbone, the owner of Grande Club and the number one playboy in the Center City."

Rupert couldn't help laughing, "Are you complimenting me?"

Cecelia looked at Sam and said, "Mr. Cosby, a well-known jewelry tycoon with a prominent family background. You're a nobleman who is rumored to have a hidden disease."

Sam smiled, "Thanks for your praise."

When it was Jimmy's turn, he got excited, wondering how she would praise him. Fearing she ignored him, he raised his hand and asked, "What about me?"

Cecelia looked at him and lightly commented, "Jimmy Bloom, you're the youngest award-winning actor. Although your acting skills are impeccable, you are arrogant and always use stunt performers. And you have bad taste."

"Wow!"

Jimmy found she had a sharp tongue. Even the boss of his broker company didn't dare to say such harsh words to him. Everyone praised and flattered him. But Cecelia had boldly pointed out his shortcomings! However, he was not angry but appreciated her more.

"You're right! I will correct my mistakes!"

He had adopted such a humble attitude toward nobody but Cecelia. So, both Rupert and Sam rolled their eyes at him, thinking he was too adulatory. They often asked him to stop being arrogant at work, but he had never humbly agreed to change.

"Cecelia, please sit down."

They enthusiastically invited Cecelia to join their dinner.

Remington pulled out a chair, let her sit, and sat beside her. Then, he naturally rested one arm on her chair, silently claiming sovereignty.

She turned to look at him and asked in a faint voice, "Why did you send me such a message? Did you see her?"

Remington whispered in her ear, "Yes, I met her."

"Where?"

"This restaurant."

When she looked at him in surprise, he continued, "Don't worry. I have a good plan, but I need your cooperation."

"Okay, go ahead."

When they discussed their daughter's matter in low voices, the other three men thought they were showing affection in public instead of having dinner.

After the discussion, Cecelia stood up and said, "You guys take your time to enjoy the meal. I need to go now!"

"Do you have to go now? Let's have a drink!"

Jimmy had waited for a long time. But Cecelia would leave before he could have a good talk with her.

"Today is inconvenient. Cece, I'll see you off!"

Remington accompanied her out the door and watched her walk toward Jersey. He didn't follow her over because he would meet her tomorrow. And he believed Jersey was no match for him!
