Chapter 587 The Thing That Got Out of Hand

It was early spring and the weather wasn't too cold.

The windows in the corridor were open for ventilation.

A cool breeze came from the outside which helped Ethan to return to his senses.

Ethan looked down at Saylor and he didn't dare to look back.

Saylor was afraid of Ethan after the beating and he was worried that Ethan would strike again. He looked at Violet pitifully and said, "Sister, if you don't intervene any sooner, I will be beaten to death."

When Saylor finished speaking, Violet said nothing but Ethan said in a trembling voice, "Who is your sister?"

Saylor said playfully, "Brother-in-law, I am your wife's younger brother."

Ethan didn't know what to say.

Saylor added, "We are biological siblings. We are blood-related and from the same parents."

Ethan tightened his jaw and the strength of his hands loosened a lot.

Sensing that Ethan was showing signs of letting go, Saylor pushed his hand away and ran into the house in a hurry.

When Saylor was passing by Violet, he said with snot and tears, "Violet, I almost sacrifice my life for your happiness."

Violet pursed her lips and said, "Get in."

Saylor was sobbing and wiping his tears while entering the house.

After entering the house, the door was closed with a "bang". The next second, the door was locked from the inside.

When Violet heard the sound, she twitched the corners of her mouth.

At that moment, Violet wasn't in the mood to quarrel with Saylor. She walked towards Ethan after she calmed down.

Ethan still maintained his previous posture and didn't move. His clenched fists that were beside him revealed his regret at that moment.
