My Heart only Beats for You novel Chapter 2197

Mr. Zorion actually knew that floral teas could aid in childbirth?

Though it wasn't fundamental knowledge that's necessarily known to the common people, for Mr. Zorion to know about it was a very rare thing indeed.

She couldn't help but ask, "Mr. Zorion, how did you know about this? Did you hear it from others again?"

Zorion scratched his head, a little embarrassed. "I read it in a book. Inside the book, it was written what type of foods are good for pregnant women, as well as what activities are suitable for them as well. I've noted down all of it."

Ruth was even more astounded.

She knew for a fact that Mr. Zorion had never touched a book.

And yet for her sake...

Mr. Zorion genuinely cared about her.

He didn't know at all that the child inside her was of his blood, yet he still took such great care of her...

A current of warmth unwittingly spread out from within her chest.

Ruth drank the floral tea in one gulp.

Afterwards, Zorion spoke up once more about going out to the garden with her for a stroll.

She nodded in acquiescement, "Mr. Zorion, you head out first. I'll join you after I've changed into a looser set of clothing."

Ruth had changed into a set of roomy clothes and was about to push open the door when she all of a sudden heard the sound of voices.

It was a conversation between Zorion and a servant who had been taking care of her.

"You may serve the soup later. She just drank a cup of floral tea, she can't drink so many things at the same time. Ruth is now pregnant, you must be cautious." Zorion's voice was unusually serious.

The servant was amused.

Though Zorion was the eldest young master, due to the fact that his mentality wasn't too good -plus they had the majestic Tremaine around - for all that they didn't belittle him, they also weren't as careful as they were with other masters.

"Look at you, Mr. Zorion. You are practically an encyclopaedia on all things pregnant women should know, you now know more than us who had been taking care of pregnant ladies for many years."

"I read a book. The book was about how to take care of pregnant women. I would read one chapter per day and note it down in my journal."
