Selina and Matthew had a wide network of connections. If they asked them for help, they could definitely get what they want at the lowest price.
Next they need to set the price for the breakfast set.
Yesseca reasoned that even if this didn't earn them money or cause a small loss, it could still be used to reward old and new customers, as well as boost the popularity of the store.
"The pastries and desserts already netted us a whole lot of profits. We don't need to make any money for this breakfast set. It can be considered as paying back to those who support us." Yesseca expressed.
Preslie agreed to this too.
"All right, Yesseca, whatever you say goes."
Yesseca smiled. "Then let's rest early. We have another busy day tomorrow."
Preslie raised her fist and said loudly, "Rest, rest! Tomorrow is another busy day, so let's do our best Yesseca!" "Yes, let's do our best!" Since they opened the patisserie together, it was only natural that Preslie would stay with Yesseca.
As they had shared their living space often, they also naturally could not sleep in the same bed as before.
Yesseca had prepared a new set of bedding for Preslie, which allowed her to stay in the room where Lothar used to live.
She knew that her brother had always been warmhearted and generous. He would not mind that she did what she did.
Before bed, Yesseca once more took out a photo of her brother and as usual, recounted her day at work to 'Lothar'.
"Brother, today is another happy day, a day full of fighting spirit!" Yesseca finally concluded.
In the photo, Lothar gave a beaming grin towards Yesseca, revealing a set of pearly white teeth.
Yesseca smiled back at 'Lothar' before she placed the photo under the pillow and then lay back down onto the bed.
Right as she was about to fall asleep, a blurry image of a figure was about to coalesce into her mind but was scattered by Yesseca before it could solidify.
She clenched tightly onto the sheets beneath her fingers and gritted her teeth.
"I can't think of that person anymore. I can't!"
Yesseca shut her eyes firmly.
The night passed just like that.
That night, Yesseca slept poorly as was usual.
