On the next day, Dorian informed Athena early in the morning that Robert's parents, Adrian Anderson and Debra Anderson, had boarded a plane to Mailand.
When Robert's body was initially found, this couple called two family members to retrieve it, but they couldn't.
On the following day, a well-known short-selling firm on Digital Avenue unexpectedly declared they were about to short the Anderson Group.
That sent the PR Director of the Anderson Group into a frenzy, attempting to contact Athena or Rose through various channels.
Eventually, left with no way and seeing a significant shorting conflict about to erupt, Adrian and Debra finally decided to come to Mailand. They aimed not only to claim their son's body but also to apologize to the affected family.
"They've come, then," Athena remarked with indifference, "We'll deal with it in a few days."
"Yes, Mrs. Crawford. But there's one more thing," Dorian added.
Athena looked at him. "Since when did you start dawdling like Martin?"
Dorian then awkwardly cleared his throat.
With Mike hospitalized and Martin voluntarily stepping down, Dorian had to shoulder both roles' responsibilities.
Having no experience in this regard, he mirrored Martin's past approach.
"It's about Martin," he said, "After what happened to Mr. Crawford, he took it pretty hard. I believe... he's considering resigning."
Martin's background wasn't much different from his. Over the years, it was only with Byron's protection that he remained untroubled.
If that were to change...
"Have him see me," Athena instructed with a chilling tone.
Dorian was then momentarily taken aback.
Judging by her expression, he wondered if mentioning Martin had reminded her that Byron had been lost under Martin's watch. "Was she now planning to settle scores with Martin?" Dorian pondered.
