Athena was quite adept at soothing Byron's worries.
She managed to ease his anxiety about their daughter having a boyfriend with just a few words.
"What did Madam Stella discuss with you?" Byron suddenly shifted the conversation.
Athena shrugged. "Years ago, grandma helped a kid take over some territory. Now that the kid's grown up, he had become rebellious, even interfering with the ship movements between Stella Group and Imbe Group. Grandma's planning to reclaim that territory."
"Could it be risky?" Byron questioned.
His gut told him that he was undeniably linked to this issue.
"I don't think there's any danger," Athena mentioned, tracing Byron's hand. "Grandma always knows what she's doing. Don't worry."
"I see," Byron said, nodding in agreement.
"What did you learn today?" Athena effortlessly shifted the subject.
Byron then grabbed the large sketchbook he had written in earlier and showed it to Athena.
Athena almost immediately spotted her name on the densely filled sketchbook pages.
She then pondered for a moment.
She didn't recall ever seeing him write her name for the long time she had known Byron.
Even when they worked side by side, whenever he jotted down something related to her, he mostly wrote "Miss Newton."
"What have you written here?" Athena asked, pointing at her name, and looked at Byron with a playful smile.
Byron looked at the name and smiled warmly. "That's the name of my love."
Athena's face instantly lit up with a smile.
"The name of your love seems lovely," she commented.
Beaming with pride, Byron declared, "Yes, her name is lovely, and so is she!"
"You sure know how to flatter," Athena playfully commented, beckoning him with a finger. "Come here. Let me kiss you."
Without hesitation, Byron leaned in, entirely willing to let Athena have her way.
