Chapter 1907 Deal With Her
"I watched that video just now." Byron's eyes were filled with disgust. "That woman is awful. She ultimately believed her daughter didn't murder enough people."
"I guess she can only say something now." Athena sneered, "Her future holds plenty of bad times to come."
"Aren't you going to deal with her?" Byron asked.
"She's already in the spotlight, and her daughter will be sent home after being treated. She'll have to care for her daughter for the rest of her life," Athena replied coldly. "We don't need to get involved. She'll face the consequences on her own."
Byron closed his eyes.
"No."
A voice echoed in his mind.
Even the tiniest nobody could cause significant harm to Sally.
If she were alive with hatred in her heart, who knew whether she would fight back like Beatrice?
Their existence was devoid of value.
If his wife and child would suffer additional dangers and risks because of such a lowly life, it would be very unworthy.
The dead provided the greatest safety and comfort.
"What's on your mind?" Athena interrupted Byron's thoughts with a snap of her fingers.
Byron came to his senses and said, "I was thinking about what I should wear to the opening ceremony of Mia's school the day after tomorrow."
"At this moment?" Athena asked, placing a hand on his back and stifling a yawn. "I'm exhausted. Let's go to bed."
"Okay."
Byron replied, following Athena back to their third-floor bedroom.
As the night waned, public opinion proliferated on the Internet.
Once Sally and the others had left, Silvia lingered at the monastery gate, wracked with turmoil.
It was only after the monks alerted the authorities that she swore under her breath, slipped on her shoes, and fled.
