He had almost fallen off the stairs.

"I can feel that you love me very much," Athena said proudly as she opened her eyes.

Byron was amused by her reaction.

He got up, leaned over, and kissed her as if no one else was around. "You finally felt it."

While talking, Athena suddenly glanced at Byron's new cane.

"You didn't bring a cane when you went to save that kid last time, did you?" she asked.

Byron paused for a moment before he nodded. "I left in a hurry, so I didn't bring it."

"I watched the footage of you hitting the man." Athena didn't hide it. "Your leg seems to be fine in the video."
