Aiden had a clear rule which was anyone could criticize him, but his sister was off-limits.
The assistant, a fellow super-rich heir, had pursued a design education to pave the way for his brand. He joined this firm to gain valuable experience and boost his profile.
Upon hearing Aiden's words and seeing how young Mia was, the assistant burst into laughter. "Little boy, I understand you care for your sister, but children shouldn't lie."
"Allen!" Milton scolded him with a glare.
Milton mused, "Has he lost his mind? How dare he insult his son and daughter right before Byron?"
"Mr. Crawford, I am so sorry. He's new around here... not very familiar with the protocols," Milton said, trying to keep a pleasant smile.
"I've heard that you have a do-it-yourself design system here," Byron asked, his voice now noticeably cold.
"Yes, it's newly introduced." Milton assumed Byron didn't take the matter seriously and quickly nodded.
"Sweetheart, if none of these appeal to you, why don't you draw what you want? Dad will help make it happen," Byron said to Mia.
Mia was already unhappy with Allen.
She pondered, "How could he say Aiden is lying?"
"Sure!" Mia readily agreed.
A moment later, a brand-new electronic drawing tablet was brought to Mia.
Allen persisted in his antics, asking, "Little girl, do you know how to use it? Do you want me to show you?"
Mia glared at him and replied, "I don't need any help. It's not even that difficult."
Allen thought the little kid was trying to act tough.
Much to his surprise, Mia efficiently adjusted the settings of the drawing board.
Mia started swiftly drawing within a few moments, bringing her imaginative ideas to life on the canvas.
She began by drawing an extremely professional outline as a rough draft.
Mia approached drawing with great dedication, and even in the initial sketch, there was a sense of aesthetics.
Milton observed her briefly and quickly looked at Allen beside him.
