His lips curled up into a smile that felt like a warm breeze during spring. "There's a fruit forest behind the hotel, shall we take a stroll there after dinner?"
I was stunned. "How did you know that?"
There might not be any fruits this time of the year.
He'd probably knew what I was thinking, and said, "The fruit forest was shipped her from Switzerland, so there are still fruits on the trees. They're all edible."
I widened my eyes wide in surprise. "And how did you know that?"
He smiled and pulled me into the hotel.
The hotel entrance was was decked with huge bouquets. It looked absolutely stunning. I couldn't help but be amazed by it. However, I didn't want the crowd of people present to see how jawdropped I was.
Hendrix read my mind and said with a smile, "This is the British nobility's flower arrangement. The flowers aren't actually that precious. What's stunning about them is the peacock feathers used to decorate them. They symbolize bliss and peace."
I immediately replied, "This doesn't look like something Freya would choose."
He smiled faintly. "It was the Moore Family's doing."
When we entered the hotel together, Freya came out to welcome us. She was wearing a white and sexy off-shoulder wedding dress. The hem of the dress was long, it dragged behind her as she walked.
"Wow, my dear, you look so beautiful today. Choosing you as my maid of honor was definitely a good call." Freya exclaimed as she pulled me away from Hendrix.
