Soon, the phone was answered. Melvin handed the phone to Arabella, and Arabella put it on her ear. The next second, she heard Janelle's familiar voice. "Hello? Hello? Mr. Spencer? Why don't you say anything... When can I see Ms. Snyder..."

Janelle had always called Arabella's mother Ms. Lynch and called Arabella Ms. Snyder. Ten years had passed and Arabella had already grown up, but Janelle still called her in the same way.

The rims of Arabella's eyes were red with tears instantly. Everyone had changed, but Janelle, who loved her all the time, hadn't changed at all. "Hey, Janelle, it's me! Arabella!"

"Ms. Snyder? Is that really you?" Then Janelle coughed violently at the other end of the phone.

Immediately, Arabella knew that Janelle had suffered a lot in the past few years and was badly ill, like she was dying now.

Arabella held the phone tightly and said nervously, "Janelle, what..."

However, before she could finish her words, Melvin directly snatched the phone and hung up. "Now you should know that I didn't lie to you!"

Then, Melvin slowly walked toward Arabella.

Arabella took a step back and snapped, "Don't come any closer! The deal between us was that I would only have sex with you if you let me see Janelle."

Melvin frowned. His face darkened. "Arabella, I think you're missing the point! Now it's you who are begging me to free Janelle!"

"You're the one who didn't get it right, Melvin! Don't forget! It's you who want me!"

"Arabella, you're so confident!"

Arabella sneered. "You were with Leia last night, right? And you called me late at night and asked me to come and have sex with you tonight. Look at your lustful face! That's exactly why I'm so confident."

Melvin's face darkened. His mouth tightened into a thin line.

Arabella took her bag and was about to leave. "I should go now! We'll continue the deal when you bring Janelle to me."
