"Actually, the logistics manager needs to go, too," Elena said. "If he stays, the cafeteria will just go back to how it was. Mr. Cooper was probably just following his orders. The manager is the real source of the rot."

"Yeah, I haven't asked my father why he didn't fire the manager along with him yet."

"I assume Mr. Ellington doesn't have proof. You can find a reason to fire a supervisor, but a manager is different. You can't just fire someone at that level without a serious cause. You need to find evidence. That manager has definitely been skimming off the top for years."

Elena's words gave Theresa a new goal.

"But how am I supposed to find evidence? Mr. Cooper is already gone, and I doubt he'd rat out the manager."

"Don't you have someone right there? You could ask him for help. He's perfect for this," Elena suggested.
