Just then, Lorna spoke up. "Could someone point me toward the restroom?"

Charles, eager to play the loyal lapdog, jumped at the chance. "Ms. Avery, I know where it is! Let me show you the way!"

Theresa was left completely speechless.

Lorna smiled sweetly. "Thank you so much, Mr. Maddox."

"No need to be so formal! Just call me Charles! Do you mind if I call you Lorna?"

"Sure, that's fine!"

"Anyway, don't let yourselves be fooled. Lorna is definitely not the Chairman's daughter!" Theresa warned them one last time.

"Theresa Graham might actually have a point, though? This is the Ellington Group. The Chairman's last name is Ellington, so his daughter's last name should be Ellington too. Why would her last name be Avery?" a coworker voiced their doubt.
