Reborn Fake Heiress Watch the Whole Family Burn novel Chapter 909

"What's a wife?" Ethan asked, scratching the back of his head.

"A wife is someone who stays by your side forever and gives you babies."

Ethan jumped up and down, clapping his hands. "Yes! Yes! Yay! I want a wife! I want beautiful Elena to be my wife!"

"If you want her, you have to be a good boy and listen to Mother. I've prepared a wedding for you both today. Once the ceremony is complete, she will legally be yours."

"Yay! Yay! I'm getting a wife! I'm getting a wife!" Ethan chanted, spinning in excited circles around Elena.

His manic energy made her nauseous.

Scarlett was actually forcing them to wed inside this black-site villa.

The expansive living room had been transformed into a lavish, albeit claustrophobic, wedding venue. Scarlett had clearly been orchestrating this for weeks.

Ethan had been stuffed into a tailored tuxedo. At first glance, he looked like a devastatingly handsome aristocrat, sharing Dylan's striking, predatory features. Scarlett had once been hailed as the most beautiful woman in Cresden City, and Xavier Sinclair had mixed European ancestry—genetically, their son was a masterpiece.

"Hehe, I got a wife! I got a wife!" Ethan giggled, his foolish grin instantly shattering the illusion of the sophisticated suit.

"Elena, given the circumstances, we're keeping the ceremony intimate. Stand before me, exchange your vows, and offer your toast. That will suffice." Scarlett commanded.

Guided by the servants, Ethan took his place at the altar. Elena refused to move, but she had no choice. A guard struck the back of her knees, forcing her to collapse. A heavy hand pressed down on her shoulder, making her bow her head in forced submission beside Ethan.

Ethan cheerfully handed his mother a ceremonial glass of champagne.

Scarlett took a triumphant sip and set it aside.

"From this moment on, you are husband and wife. May you weather the storms of life together," Scarlett declared, her eyes gleaming with manic satisfaction.

"Ethan, thank your mother," Ann, the senior maid, whispered sharply.

"Thank you, Mother!" Ethan beamed.

"Elena, dear, it is time for you to address your mother-in-law properly," Ann reminded her.

" Ann reminded Elena.
